What to expect
Getting Started
Every new client begins with a consultation where we’ll discuss your goals, health history, current routines, previous injuries, and any challenges you’re currently facing.
This gives us a clear understanding of where you are today and what success looks like for you moving forward.
Your First Session
Your first session is designed to gather information, establish a baseline, and determine the best next steps. Depending on your goals, this may include movement observations, strength assessments, mobility screens, or hands-on treatment.
There’s no pressure to perform—we’re simply collecting information so we can create the right plan for you.
If You’re Booking Massage
Sessions begin with a conversation about how you’ve been feeling, areas of discomfort, recent activity levels, and what you’d like to focus on that day.
Treatment is tailored accordingly and may incorporate Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, IASTM, Stretch Therapy, or other techniques when appropriate.
If You’re Booking Strength Coaching
Training sessions are individualized to your experience level, goals, and schedule. Programs are designed to be realistic, sustainable, and supportive of the life you live outside the gym.
Ongoing Care
As your needs change, your plan evolves with you. Some clients work with me for a specific goal, while others choose ongoing support to help maintain their progress, stay active, and continue investing in their health. This may look like online programming to your own client app. or weekly check in calls.
