My journey into health and fitness didn't begin with a desire to help others—it started with learning how to help myself.

Over the years, I've experienced my own share of setbacks, including injuries, a car accident that put me in a coma for 3 days at age 14, mental health struggles, and seasons of grief that challenged the way I viewed wellness. Those experiences taught me that health is about much more than workouts or numbers on a scale.

From 2016–2019, I competed in powerlifting and became a multi-record holder. Through the sport, I fell in love with strength training and discovered that true body transformation isn't about getting smaller—it's about becoming stronger, more capable, and more confident in your own skin.

What began as a passion for strength eventually expanded into neuromuscular massage therapy. Through years of coaching and working alongside physical therapists, I developed a deeper understanding of how the body heals, adapts, and recovers. Those experiences helped shape my approach today—bridging the gap between training, recovery, and helping people better understand their bodies.

My faith, along with movement and community, became an anchor through many of those seasons and continues to shape how I approach both life and coaching today.

Whether through coaching, bodywork, or simply creating a space where people feel supported, my goal is to help others build a healthier relationship with movement, recovery, and themselves.

When I'm not coaching or working with clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband Chris and our dog Athena, serving in my community, staying active, exploring new restaurants, or finding new ways to challenge myself both physically and mentally.
